Can't say I disagree with her comment. Unfortunately, many Americans ARE ignorant of reality and of history, beginning with Barbarella herself. Yes, Iraqi people will know of the good Americans and the bad Americans. The good Americans are the ones who came to liberate them. The bad Americans are those who tried to keep them enslaved.

How ignorant is freeing children, (children, you fucking nitwit, children!) from an arabic-fascist prison? I worry about us, too. We are too simple. We lack the sophistication of the French and Germans and Russians, so we do get taken in from time to time. I may be wrong, but I think so many of our mistakes in history have been because we believed in someone's inate goodness.
I freely admit to not being the sharpest tack on the board. But, lord save me, I'm spared the burden that Ms. Fonda has to carry 24/7. You know, that burden of arrogance. When one is as arrogant as is she, you can't even smell your own shit, even when you're spouting it.
I apologize for the mixed metaphors. It's a bad habit I got growing up in East Texas.
