Ok, here's the answer, "Because he walked away from playing bagman for the Clintons with over $100 million of Worldcom money, and will never see the inside of a jail".

Now you could say that he was the scurviest dicksucker in America, but you'd still be wrong as long as Carville is still alive. All corrupt despots need flacks, and these two are the Clintons', ala Baghdad Bob.
