Dan Rather was simply reporting what he encountered in Iraq before the regime had been toppled, when people may have been afraid to express themselves. The notion of the "liberal media" is at best anachronistic and at worst a complete myth. Dan Rather and most of his colleagues are little more than mouthpieces for the Bush administration. We shouldn't rely on celebrities and other non-journalists for an alternate point of view, but today we have little or no choice.

All I can say is - excellent. Anything that can be done to turn americunts against Europe can only be a good thing. We need to counteract all the shrieking cola ads and the disney programming of Europe's youth. The best remedy is for them to see that americunts hate us.

Do continue. Oh, and don't come to Europe without a stab-proof vest. You're all pretty unpopular over here. I did one at the station last week.
