Orders



     The Jerusalem Post is reporting that London's top Bobby "has ordered all front-line officers to be trained to spot potential suicide bombers and has taken the unprecedented step of ordering police to 'shoot to kill' suicide bombers."  That's swell, but it leaves me wondering what the policy was before the order?  We know this much, if the average Londoner comes across an al-Qaeda terrorist about to, say, set off a nuke, he/she would have to hit him with his/her bumbershoot/purse, because their guns have been effectively confiscated.  Eh wot?
