COMPUTER VIRUS CLOSES MARYLAND GOVERNMENT OFFICE
    This isDrudge's current  "sky is falling" alert.  My first thought was, "Good, I hope every record in the state is wiped out, including election records so nobody can prove they were elected to state office.  Yum yum. " 

    That's anarchy, and I'm not an anarchist, so why did/do I feel that way?  I'll have to think about it, but I'm certain that whatever answer I settle on, it'll be the fault of the filthy Liberals who control this lttle slice of socialist heaven. Bastards, I hope the entire state ...

There's a whole lotta places shut down by this one. Even my son got hit with it overseas. Serves him right, he hadn't updated in a long time.

What's so amusing about the worm going around is that its so easily stopped by either installing the patch from Microsoft or buying a < US$100 router.

IMO if you have broadband without a router you're a moron.

Yep. He's on dial up, but he still should've patched. He knows better, just doesn't always do better.
