Better Living through the Pecksniffian Method
The scientific method is the best way yet discovered for winnowing the
truth from lies and delusion. The simple version looks something like
this:
- 1. Observe some aspect of the universe.
- 2. Invent a tentative description, called a hypothesis,
that is consistent with what you have observed.
- 3. Use the hypothesis to make predictions.
- 4. Test those predictions by experiments or further
observations and modify the hypothesis in the light of your results.
- 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until there are no discrepancies
between theory and experiment and/or observation.
When consistency is obtained the hypothesis becomes a
theory and provides a coherent set of propositions which
explain a class of phenomena. A theory is then a framework within which
observations are explained and predictions are made. - "What
is the ``scientific method'?"
I'm no scientist, but I do
understand that, which is more than most proponents for the Global
Warming hypothesis can say. Over the years I've
adopted a sort of dumb guy's approach to understanding issues for
which I'm educationally or innately ill equipped to fathom.
I look for which side is making stuff up, and conclude they
are beslubbering hasty-witted lying moldwarps . Lets call
this the "Pecksniffian Method" to understanding life.
Citations of manufacturing evidence, distortion, and outright
lying by globalwarmists so dominates that issue, that reaching a
conclusion was easy. The Pecksniffian Method also led me to the
understanding that today's political liberals (a.k.a. Donks) are,
surprise, also beslubbering hasty-witted lying moldwarps.
Which is why "Global
warming smear targets" comes as no surprise.

Global warming has everything to do with politics and nothing to do with science.
Expecting the Global Warming Industry to use the scientific method is like expecting TV scriptwriters to use algebra in writing scripts.
It is all about power and money. They believe all of us have too many possessions. The Global Warming Industry will put a limitation on the number of appliances that are allowed in a city. If you want a TV, you will have to stand in line with your ration book. You will get the TV they think you should have.
Of course, if you are rich, you will just pay a bribe to get any TV you want and you will not have to wait 5 years. That’s why some rich people like the left. The rich know they can get anything they want from a left-wing government by paying a bribe.
