Siege ends

After  my neighbor, who also happens to be the chair(wo)man of the county council, and presumably has the inside track, told me yesterday morning that we would be without power until Friday, we pulled up stakes and headed over to son Greeper's for the day.  On the way home I filled all my generator gas containers to the brim in anticipation of  a long siege.  You're way ahead of me, aren't you?  Yeppir, power was restored virtually the second we walked in the door.  We'll not discuss it again. I'm selling the gas on Ebay.

Don't. You're probably violating about 20 Maryland nanny regulations by selling gasoline without some licence.

Use it to immolate a few Democrats, instead. Or drive at high speed around the county in a 4x4.

If you sell it on eBay, it'll just find its way to a teenager, who won't be able to resist sniffing it -- and it'll be your fault.

Or maybe Amoco's, depending on which lawyer is called.

Nope, burning Democrats is a far better use.
