Like a pine house built on a termite mound, CBS is so heavily infested with woe-weevils that it cannot be saved. This is how the House of Rather is handling the off year election successes by the GOP tonite.Posted by pecksnif at November 4, 2003 08:40 PM | TrackBack
It is interesting to me that whenever Bush campaigns for a candidate, the candidate wins big.
Whenever Clinton campaigns for a candidate, the candidate loses big.
That tells me that Bush will win an a landslide when he starts campaigning for himself and Clinton is campaigning against him.
...no doubt with a few hanging chads, and a squad of Ashcroft's gauleiters to intimidate voters.
The Democrats, of course, steal elections the old-fashioned way: by having dead people and illegal aliens vote.

I also told them they're clueless and living in the past.
Posted by: Sandy P. on November 5, 2003 11:09 AMGood for you Sandy P.! Really.
Posted by: Rodger Schultz on November 5, 2003 03:38 PMAs a true Reaganite I believe in trust but verify. I wasted more time than I should have trying to find this or any variation of this on the CBS site and through Google (deleted things are cached there). It ain't out there.
Do you have a link?
Posted by: Fred Boness on November 5, 2003 04:45 PMGoogle isn't godlike, it doesn't store something until it gets around to loading an entire site. That 's at least a couple days, and the date on that article was yesterday. And it's possible to set up a site to not allow google in at all.
You're right though, I can't find the article anywhere on cbsnews.com
I couldn't tell from the picture whether it was legit or not so I went to the CBS website right after I came across the picture here and took my own screen capture. Sadly, Google isn't going to cache a website like that because it's not static, and Google only caches periodically.
Posted by: Matthew Stinson on November 6, 2003 05:32 AMThe picture is absolutely legit, and was "snapped" by me personally. It was linked (House of Rather), but CBS's news site is not static. Are any? Anyway, you can take this to the bank, as I am prepared to take it to libel court.
Posted by: Rodger Schultz on November 6, 2003 01:00 PMGood.
Posted by: Fred Boness on November 6, 2003 02:52 PMI saw this myself, and couldn't believe it. I came back to capture it, and it was gone.
Boy, you can sure see that Dam Ratter and CBS's Propaganda (news) bureau is tilting to the very far left again. It's about to tilt so far that it's going to fall on its face.
:D Works for me! :D
Posted by: The Advocate on November 7, 2003 07:16 PMGood, I'm glad somebody else saw it. BTW, "HOLLYWOODHALFWITS.COM" sounds like a delightful name. Why the change?
Posted by: Rodger Schultz on November 7, 2003 07:30 PMIs there anybody out there who know that before Reagan, the South was the domain of Democrats?
Just wondering.
Perhaps, just perhaps, that is the implicit context for the usage of the term "stealing" in said caption.
