Vigilante Justice

Brenda and Ronald Sager  bought some ranch dressing and mustard at Wal-Mart.  The plastic bag the stuff was put in broke, so Brenda and Ron want to sue the store for defective packaging.  We're waiting for the lawyer who takes this case to meet with them. Johnny's also the "anti-fat" lawyer - http://banzhaf.net/obesitylinks. Looking at the picture on his home page, he's also the fat head lawyer.

Looks like we have a companion for Janet Reno when she goes on her cruise.

The husband is suing for "loss of consortium"?

I think WalMart should tell him to go fuck himself. That should do it.

Yeah, I love all the FAT lawsuits. You know, the ones where the mo-rons say, "My kid ate at McDonald's three times a day for eight years, and now, even though he's only 10, he's so fat that he's got his own zip code! Uhhhh... give me compensation, cuz u'hm a veeeectim!"

In those cases, forget McDonald's part in all this and lock up the idiot parent for LETTING their offspring live on grease and starch. Where I come from, that's called child endangerment! Hey, idiot, YOU are the parent, he is the kid!
