Nah, women just need to learn to hold it like the passengers on flights to/from Australia.
The article put forth reasons why women take longer in the can. Could it be because they have to go wee-wee in pairs?
As far as standing to pee, I don't think you need a magic funnel cone, or whatever it's called. Just a "Y" chromosone...
