A Mid Major Award

Joseph, deported in 1999 after conviction and imprisonment for a scam that billed more than $1 million in phone calls to a stranger's number, found himself back in a nation where he had lost contact with relatives he hadn't seen since he left the island at age 18, and knew nobody else. An auto body repairman, he says he has been unable to find work because employers automatically reject criminal deportees.

So the Boston Globe thinks that it is terrible that these criminals return to their native countries to rob, rape and murder their fellow citizens.

Instead the Boston Globe thinks that these criminals should stay here and rob, rape and murder Americans.
