Urgent: Legal Question
 As a hypothetical, let's say this guy was minding his own bidness when he comes across this story:
Our guy goes down to his cellar and retrieves his Acme Model xm83 Flamethrower. He drives to Washington, D.C. He walks into the Democratic Party headquarters building and incinerates everybody in the place. Then he walks over to the National Press Club, and toasts every fucker he sees. |

Of course he would. Releasing that much hot air at once would definitely be SOME sort of violation of the Clean Air Act...
