 Sen. John Vasconcellos, D-Santa Clara is worried that too few people realize that, if brains were gasoline, Democrats wouldn't have enough to run a piss ant's go-kart around the inside of a donut. Vasconcellos is also probably worried that hundreds of thousand of illegal immigrant votes may not sustain them in the future, so he proposed an amendment to the state constitution that would allow 14 year olds to vote. " Ballots cast by 14-and 15-year-olds would count as a quarter of a vote. Votes cast by 16-and 17-year-olds would count as a half a vote." [said the half-assed legislator.]  "We need people even more naive than adult

week!" Okay, I made this part up, but barely.
