Kerry participated in vote to assassinate Congressional leaders

Scott Camil told the New York Sun that he "plans to accept an offer by the Florida Kerry organization to become active in Kerry's presidential campaign."

Who is Scott Camil?  He was the leader John Kerry's group of anti-war protesters, "
Vietnam Veterans Against the War."  Listen to Camil reminisce  about those halcyon days.

Kerry pal Scott Camil

"My plan [in 1972] was that, on the last day [of the protest] we would go into the [congressional] offices – we would schedule the most hardcore hawks for last – and we would shoot them all. ... "I was serious .. [t]argets were to include senators John Stennis, Strom Thurmond and John Tower." - 1992 oral history of the anti-war movement

Kerry told his biographer, Douglas Brinkley, that he had quit VVAW before the assassination vote was taken.  Turns out he lied about that too.  When confronted with the fact, and asked how he verified Kerry's story, Brinkley said he ... asked Kerry.

This is the guy who wants to be President of the United States.

Isn’t conspiracy to commit murder against the law? Is there any statue of limitations on that crime?

Kerry, who knew about the conspiracy and did not report it, is a co-conspirator. Time for a citizen’s arrest, Roger.

"Act 149, Session Laws 1997, amended subsection (1) to include criminal conspiracy to commit murder and criminal solicitation to commit murder as offenses for which prosecution may be commenced at any time. The legislature found that the offense of murder warranted punishment under the Code sufficient to fit the grave consequences of the crime, and that persons found guilty of conspiracy or solicitation to commit murder should also be penalized to a similarly serious degree. Senate Standing Committee Report No. 1600."

It seems, according to this one, Kerry is toast.

I wonder if Kerry voted for the plot BEFORE he voted against it? Is this another case of Kerry being foragainst?

Once a would-be Oswald, Scott Camil is a now out-and-out Kerry supporter.

And Kerry says he conveniently can't remember whether or not he was present at a meeting where assassination was discussed, or the circumstances of his departure from VVAW, a group he led.

What else can't Kerry remember?
