Unfortunately for us julie, Kerry is a Democrat and is thus afflicted with Democratitis. Symptoms include frothing at the mouth, verbal diarrhea, lack of touch with reality and an unnatural affection for all things French. There is no cure and the most humane thing to do is shoot the infected as one would a rabid dog.
