Curmudgeonly & Skeptical

It appears the "phony war"  segment of WW III  is about over.  I suspect the American culture war may very well be melded into it, ala 1940's Yugoslavia.  Certainly the Vietnam pukes are in their glory today, intent on engineering another American defeat.  In my callow youth, way before cynicism gripped me, I felt we'd be better off for shooting all those bastards, or at least deport them.  Now, wizened with life experience, I know I was right.  Since mentioning Biblical prophecy is an automatic dialogue closer, I'll invoke Nosterdamus ... 

Not far from the Tibris the land stained with blood,
And diverse plagues will be upon mankind.
A dark man from the East will arise among them
And lead the world to Armageddon
He will be aided by filthy ones  from the great land
Their names are Demons? or Demon cats, or something like that.
