Just Marvelous

From the New York Times we learn about Farouk Abdel-Muhti, who had a 1995 deportation order against him when he went to work on the morning radio program "Wake-Up Call" on WBAI-FM (99.5) in New York, in March 2002.  In April immigration authorities arrested him, and Islamos hollered he was singled out because he was promoting the Palestinian intifada.  On Monday, after years of trying to get the guy thrown out of the country,  Federal Judge Yvette Kane [appointed by you know who in 1998 without, one assumes, any obstruction from Pat Leahy] ordered him released.  Here is her rather novel justification.

She ruled "that as a Palestinian born before the creation of Israel, Mr. Abdel-Muhti was stateless and could not be properly deported." furthermore, Judge Kane "chastened the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, calling their tactics "Kafkaesque" and noting in her order that the law did not allow the agency to detain Mr. Abdel-Muhti "until he supplies answers it likes."

"Islamos hollered he was singled out because he was promoting the Palestinian intifada." Which is as should be. We are at war with their ilk.

Makes me wanna holler.

The judge was wrong, and should give up her seat. We are at WAR! Any and all people in the USA that support the enemy should be locked up..I know that means most news services will close because of a lack of personnel, but so be it. You are either with us or you are against us...no truer words have ever been uttered.

"His supporters said he had been singled out because of his outspoken support for Palestinian causes."

Judge Kane: "And for my next trick, I shall free Saddam Hussein."

There IS a silver bullit for this problem, unlike the 9-11 intellegence. Only this silver bullit is a real one and should be applied, with high velocity, to the judges head...
