as were cartridges that can hold up to 30 rounds, they said." ![]() |
I once had a gun with a muzzle velocity of 3250 pitbulls per second. It was petrol operated and perodical fed. It used 30 caliper bullshits.
Posted by Yarbz at April 21, 2004 07:37 PMThat reminds me of a signature I saw in a usenet posting today.
"If you're paddling upstream in a canoe and a wheel falls off, how many pancakes fit in a doghouse? None! Icecream doesn't have bones!!!"
After reading the article, I still didn't know if these were real full-auto weapons, or if they were the standard imports of semi-autos. Some reporting.
Posted by Skoonj at April 21, 2004 08:59 PMJeez. And I get upset when people call 'em "clips". My standards are apparently way too high.
Posted by Spoons at April 21, 2004 09:05 PMHey, not bad for a guy whose technical knowledge is probably based on replacing ink and toner cartridges during his internship.
Next semester: Loading magazines with cartridges holding bullets by using stripper clips! (see: M1Carbine, etal.)
Extra credit: Shells.
Final exam:
1) Define assault rifle.
2) Summarize the criminal uses of pistol grips, bayonet lugs, and flash suppressors.
3) Explain the Founding Fathers' dedication to hunting as enshrined in the Second Ammendment.
And then there was the dreaded Smith & Wesson 357 caliper Magnum revolver with a loaded clip....

Did I miss something in the last issue of guns and ammo? Is Terrorist-grade a step above or below your normal AK-47. Maybe when you run out of ammo it automatically blows up the handler to ensure an afterlife full of virgins?
Nope, terrorist grade just has a "prayer rug" setting on the selector switch.
