Confucius say, "Virginity like bubble, one prick all gone."

A Chinese woman who claimed her husband agreed to sex once every fortnight, has tried to divorce him.

The woman, from Sichuan, western China, claimed in court her husband had broken a verbal agreement to have sex with her at least once every two weeks.

She said they'd made the agreement several years ago to have sex every fortnight in an effort to pep up their sex life.

The couple have been married for 18 years, reports the Chengdu Business News.

However, a judge has thrown out the woman's application saying breaking a verbal promise didn't constitute grounds for divorce. - ANOVA: Chinese woman claimed husband broke sex promise
